At Gaswarehouse.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Whether you're ordering a small component or a large piece of equipment, our goal is to make sure your items arrive safely, quickly, and with no surprises. Due to the specialized nature of our products, shipping requirements can vary significantly— from standard parcel delivery to freight transport. That’s why we clearly outline all shipping terms, charges, and available options below. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully informed about how and when your order will arrive.

Return Requests

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are customers' responsibility. A Gaswarehouse.com Returns and Warranty Specialist will be assigned to your case and return process instructions will be e-mailed to you. The Specialist will handle all return inquiries, and decisions made by them are final.

Returns of new and unused items

The item must be in re-sellable condition and be returned with all of the original packaging. All returns are subject to warehouse and specialist approval. Items may be returned for refund or for an exceptional exchange.

Please note that we must receive the original item back before a replacement is sent or credit is issued. We DO NOT accept returns of used or previously installed items.

Our restocking fee schedule is detailed below and begins the day you receive your order.

Cancelled before we ship        - No Charge
1 - 15 days from delivery        - No Restocking Fee
Over 15 days from delivery     - 25% restock ($10 minimum)
Over 30 days from delivery     - No Returns

Please note that there are no returns for special order or non-stock items.

Returns of Warranty items

Gaswarehouse.com honors the original manufacturer's warranty guarantee. Most items are covered for a minimum of 1 year. We do not send advanced warranty replacements. Item may be refunded, replaced or refurbished according to the original manufacturer's policy. Please contact your returns and warranty specialist representative for details. Warranty returns are subject to warehouse and manufacturer evaluation and approval.

*Per Manufacturer Policies, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns on ANY ELECTRICAL items.


Returns of Defective or Broken in Transit items

Take photos of the item immediately, shipping container, and packaging material. Submit pictures and a completed RMA form to support@gaswarehouse.com. The part will need to be returned to us and a postal claim may be filed. Please note that in the event of a postal claim, you may be contacted by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Missing Package, Missing Pieces, and Other Return/Refund inquiries

Exchange of Items

Currently Gaswarehouse.com does not process any exchanges. All returns that are approved by our returns department will be issued credit and in extraordinary circumstances, an exchange may be approved by your Returns and Warranty Specialist. In other cases, if you would like us to replace your order after you receive credit please contact our customer service department and we would be more than happy to place a new order for you. We do not accept returns of used or previously installed items.

Refund Details and Promotional Discounts.

For All Returns, please note that any promotional discount or incentive that was offered will be taken into account. For example, if you received free shipping on an order and the order is returned, the original shipping charges will be withheld from the refund. If you received a quantity discount and return part of the order, any price difference will be reflected in your refund.
