Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective and approved under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos or videos and proof of purchase.

How do I request an exchange for a defective item?

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you need an item that isn't on our e-commerce website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. Please note that we are only able to obtain items made by manufacturers that we currently carry. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please contact us at one of our locations, for pricing and availability information. Please allow 2–3 days for pricing and availability quotes on these items.

Do you drop ship?

We may drop ship orders if it means that you will receive them faster that way. Most orders will ship directly from either our warehouse in Lake Worth, Tamarac, or Port St Lucie, but if a supplier has an item available and it will get to you faster, we will sometimes drop ship.

What if I am Tax Exempt?

If you have a valid government issued tax exempt form certificate, we can add your tax–exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax.

If you have already placed your order please write your order number on top of your tax-exempt form and send to us at taxexempt@gaswarehouse.com. If you would like to add your Tax-Exempt form to your profile before ordering, please contact us. 

Please note you will only be exempt for orders shipping within the state of your exemption and the shipping or billing address must exactly match that on your exemption form. If the tax–exempt form is received more than 30 days past the order date, we may not be able to credit the sales tax paid on an order, and you will need to request a refund from your State Department of Taxation and Finance.

What are the shipping charges?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You are responsible for the actual shipping charges.

Do you offer freight shipping for large items?

Yes. Items requiring LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight shipping will be quoted separately after your order is placed. You will receive a freight quote that must be approved before shipment. This ensures full transparency with no surprise charges.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes, local pickup is available at our Lake Worth Beach, FL location. Select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive until you’ve received pickup confirmation.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping is available for many products. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact customer service before placing it so we can confirm availability and delivery timelines.
