Ordering is easy, with options for in-person pickup or direct shipping. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you place your first order.
Before you begin
To place an order online, you will need:
- A valid email address
- An approved GasWarehouse.com account
- A shipping address or the ability to pick up at our warehouse
- A credit/debit card for checkout
Step 1: Create An Account / Log Into Your Account
- If you do not have an account, click on "Register" In the upper right-hand corner of your screen. If you already have an account, click "Login"
- To create an account, simply add your email and press "continue"
Step 2: Verify Your Email
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your email to confirm it is an account account
- Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email come into your inbox
- Note: Once you verify your email, you will be able to see pricing and add items to your cart on the GasWarehouse.com website
Step 3: Shop For Products And Add To Your Cart
- Once your account is created and your email is verified, you'll be able to see prices for products listed on our website and add products to your cart
Step 4: Start The Check-out Process
- When you're ready, click the cart icon in the top-right corner to begin checkout
Step 5: Select Your Delivery Method
- After you press the check-out button, you will have the option to select your delivery method - either ship directly to you or pick-up in person at one of our warehouses
- If you select the shipping option, a shipping fee will automatically be calculated for your order based on weight, dimensions, and shipping location
- As always, in-person pick-up is free and your order will typically be available within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
- Pick up is available at any of our 3 warehouses in Port St. Lucie, FL, Lake Worth, FL, or Tamarac, FL
Step 6: Enter Payment & Submit Your Order
- Enter your payment information and submit your order!
- Enter a PO# if your account has terms
- If you have a tax-exempt certificate, send it to us by email at customerservice@gaswarehouse.com and we will apply it to your account.
Once your order is placed, our team will handle the rest. You'll receive an order confirmation email and updates as your order is processed.
